ANNA HU HAUTE JOAILLERIE was founded by and named after the contemporary jewelry artist Anna Hu. As the soul of the brand, Anna designs and creates with an unparalleled vision and sense of color, form, and style. In luxury circles, ANNA HU HAUTE JOAILLERIE is known for aesthetically unique and beautiful masterworks that blend Eastern design and European craftsmanship. Drawing from art history, literature and culture, ANNA HU HAUTE JOAILLERIE pieces are metaphorical representations of experiences, and each piece is painstakingly-crafted with the highest quality materials. ANNA HU HAUTE JOAILLERIE is featured exclusively in an exquisite book titled Symphony of Jewels: Anna Hu Opus 1 (published in 2012) and Opus 2 (published in 2019) by Vendome Press (U.S.) and by Thames and Hudson (U.K.).

In recognition of her high level artistry and eye-catching designs, Anna and her jewelry creations have been featured in various international publications such as Wall Street Journal, W, Vogue, The New York Times, ELLE, Robb Report, InStyle, The Financial Times and Town & Country, among others. In addition, our jewelry pieces were used in the biographical film, W.E., an Academy Award nominee for Best Costume Design, and have also been worn by celebrities, including Modanna, Scarlett Johansson, Drew Barrymore, Hilary Swank, Oprah Winfrey, Naomi Watts, the Queen of Bhutan, Gwyneth Paltrow, Uma Thurman, Emily Blunt, and Natalie Portman.

Given the brand’s distinguished reputation, ANNA HU was honored in 2012 with a solo exhibition at the Louvre’s Musee des Arts Decoratifs in Paris, France, and ANNA HU HAUTE JOAILLERIE pieces have been sold at the prestigious Christie’s auction house at record-breaking prices, which no one could surpass since then. The brand has also been exclusively selected by Christie’s as the first-ever contemporary jewelry artist to have solo exhibition at its London headquarter, while in 2018, it has also become the first Asian jewelry artist to have its Red Magpie Brooch included in the permanent collection of the State Historical Museum in Moscow. ANNA HU HAUTE JOAILLERIE is now an official member of Le Comité Vendome Paris and joins the Haute Couture Calendar every year.
