What credit cards do you accept?
Payments are taken using the PayPal payment gateway. This means that you can use any credit card which is accepted by PayPal. Generally, this includes Visa, Master Card, American Express and Diners Club. You may also pay by Debit Card and also your PayPal account.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.
How do the tickets work?
When you have purchased your tickets you will receive an email from us which contains a link back to this site. You must click on this link and print off your tickets to bring with you to PAD.
Each ticket has two unique barcodes, which will be checked at the entrance to PAD.
Tickets are not transferable. The purchase of a ticket can, however, be made by a third person who is not visiting the exhibition. Tickets may not be copied or reproduced.
Each ticket admits one person only.
Each ticket is only valid for a single entry. It is forbidden to duplicate it under threat of prosecution. Violators will be strictly detected thanks to its double electronic protection.
How long is the ticket valid for?
When you purchase your ticket you buy a ticket for a specific day. The ticket allows the holder to enter the Fair at any time on the day specified on the ticket. Entry may be made at any time after the published opening time, and the ticket holder may remain until the time PAD closes.
The ticket is for a single entry only. If the ticket holder leaves PAD, it can not be used to regain entry.
If unused, Collectors’ Preview and VIP Opening tickets may be used to gain entry on any other day of the Fair (Wednesday to Sunday only).
Can I get a refund?
Except in the case that PAD has the need to close the Fair in advance, all sales are final and no refunds will be offered.
Can I get a reduced price ticket?
There are three types of tickets:
- Standard entry for all adults
- Student entry for holders of valid Student ID
- Child entry for under 15s is free, but child must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Discounts may be available at PAD’s discretion. Please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that PAD reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with a Student ticket if the ticket holder is unable to show proof of eligibility at the entrance to PAD.
How do I get my tickets?
At the end of the purchasing process you will receive an email which contains a link back to this site. You will be taken to a page which constitutes your tickets. You must print out this page and bring it with you to PAD. Note that each ticket contains two unique barcodes, as well as a printed code number. The ticket also displays the ticket holder’s name and email address. Tickets will be scanned and checked for eligibility on entry to PAD.
I have not received my tickets, what can I do?
You should have received an email from email@example.com with a link back to this site to print off your tickets. If you have not received this email, please check in your spam/junk folder to see if it has been filed there. If it has not been delivered, it may have been blocked by your email provider and we will have to send it again. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your white-list before contacting our support team at email@example.com.
Can I get my tickets by post?
This site only offers the sale of “e-Tickets” which you must print out yourself before coming to PAD. There is no option for tickets to be physically posted to you. If you require physical tickets, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing your tickets. At PAD’s discretion, there may be additional costs involved.
